  • Custody of the funds of the Community of Owners

  • Maintenance of the farm, being in constant communication with the President, the owners and the suppliers
  • Execution of agreements on works and realization of collections to external companies
  • Agreements realization, which are agreed in the Owner’s Boards
  • Hiring new services and supplies
